What Contains Us Jewishly and What We Contain: Strengthening Ourselves as Vessels

Presented by Karen Milstein, PhD

Thursday, February 16th at 7 PM

We are shaped throughout our lives by a variety of influences which form us and determine our unique strengths and idiosyncrasies. Through our choices and kavannah, we play an active role in our own ongoing creation.  And by who we are and what we contain, we affect all which is around us.  Our challenge is to be aware of these dynamics and to participate actively in our own becoming, so we can be our personal best.  We thus honor ourselves and become blessings for others.

This program is informed by Kabbalistic and other Jewish teachings, psychological wisdom and clay pots.  It contains both didactic and experiential material.  Participants will learn a variety of quick, fun and easy Energy Psychology take-home tools for nurturing and growing themselves as strong containers.

Suggested donation:

$5  for members, seniors and students
